However, there must be a 'starting point'. After a free initial consultation, a Build Plan is developed along with the cost estimate. This Plan is then reviewed by the client and additions, deletions, and changes are discussed. At this point a Go/No-go decision is made by the client.

If we proceed, a revised Build Plan is formulated and an Agreement initiated. The client is sent frequent updates on the build status.
